Lokotrack® ST2.4™ mobile scalping screen for improved performance

Lokotrack® ST2.4™ mobile scalping screen is commonly used as primary scalper in top soil and natural sand applications. It is suitable in multistage crushing processes to split the products between the primary and secondary crusher.

With Lokotrack® ST2.4™ mobile scalping screen the material is typically fed by the excavator. The feeder lifts material to two-deck screen which then separates material to oversize and side conveyors.

Fast set-up time

Lokotrack® ST2.4™ mobile scalping screen sets a new standard in terms of set-up time. All that is required to transform the screen from transport to operating position is to unfold the conveyors, set the screen angle and raise the feeder up hydraulically.

Easy to operate

Lokotrack® ST2.4™ is operated by electro-hydraulic push buttons which makes it extremely easy and safe to operate.

Downtime reducing optimized hydraulic circuit, CAT® diesel engine, high-quality components and fabrications also come as standard. Bi-Power is available when operating with external electricity.

Adjustability

To meet different process requirements, such as recycling and heavy-duty pre-screening, the Lokotrack® ST2.4™ offers a variety of different options.

The apron feeder provides capacity and reliability in the most demanding quarry applications. Grizzlies, finger bars, and a variety of steel meshes, in turn, allow flexibility in tuning the process. Synthetic media can also be applied.

Excellent access for screening media change

Screening media changes are made very easy for the operator and the unit has an excellent access way created by raising the screen hydraulically to provide a safe working environment.
